This fucking roster though. Pretty much every main fighter from SC2 is back (minus Cassandra), and then you have Tira and Zasalamel from SC3 who were damn cool and memorable. Wouldn't be surprised if we also get Setsuka from SC3 as DLC later.
Oh, and of course fucking Geralt. Seriously, the roster and how the game plays is making me feel like a kid playing through SC2 and SC3 again. It's great.

Smash Ultimate has everyone from the Melee roster and Calibur VI has 99% of the SC2 roster. Is it just me or have video games been really kicking ass this year
I haven't really cared for the soul calibur character designs since the designs of Soulcal 4, but god damn do these designs look good.
this and the awesome looking custom character options are what's convinced me to pick this up. This will be the first one I've played since 3, i think.
Video games are the best they've ever been IMO but it seems like they're getting worse because of the stagnation in AAA games, steam greenlight garbage, and controversies.

The bad news is that there are no alternate costumes at all - just colour 1 and colour 2. The devs are hoping that customisation will fill the gap but personally I don't that matches up to some of the rad as hell alternate designs they've done in the past. Hopefully they'll release more costumes later.
In the past couple games they released main character costume parts for CAS as DLC, perhaps they'll release the past P2 outfits as part of that.
