It most likely will, we'll probably see its effects during next years EP elections. I'm also curious about what the EPP will do now with Orbans party.

The report itself is a joke though. It's very superficial (including some unsubstantiated claims) and it's focus is so misguided that it only serves as ammunition for Orban to use.
Like bloody hell, in the section about corruption it talks about marginal bullshit, and doesn't mention the large scale misappropriation of EU funds...
