I've been running a server for about a year now and I really could use help populating my server. I have a few Japanese players but I need people from America and such. How would I get my server populated? I can convince a few of them to join, but not a lot of people stay. I'm currently looking for staff and people to advertise/ promote my server to more people. Please help me with this, it is very important to me.

Not sure if there are a lot of people looking for so modded server that has rewards and stuff like that.People are mainly playing on official servers, but players that don't have much time look to play on slightly modded servers (2x loot but everything else is vanilla for example). If you're a Rust youtuber it's actually relatively easy to get a full pop community server (was admin on a server that squad of youtubers ran). You need to get your server some recognition and build yourself a name that Rust community knows . Wish you the best of luck!
Imma check out your server later, I like these heavily modded servers. If the ping isn't too high and some of my clan members don't mind we can come over.
I am having the same problem, I advertise it but no one joins its a couple posts down Rustapocolypse 5x if anyone wants to join or if you have any tips for me
I hope you become successful, it's very difficult to populate a server as a lot of players offline raid or go to official servers.
