I've had extreme stills since Rust got out. Because it doesn't matter whether all settings are at the highest settings or at the lowest settings. In between I also replaced my whole computer (except the RAM) and have the same problems. My RAM consists of two kits with 2x4GB each. They are exactly the same kits but maybe it is the problem. I also noticed that my FPS is always locked at 101. And other games run without problems.
