Apart from squid, everything is a must have to try for you, guys. I have lived in UK for 4 years, for you UK fellows Russian cuisine is very interesting and a very stark contrast as to what you eat there.
Sadly, rye bread is really hard to come by, but maybe you'll be lucky. Everything else can be p much prepared at home.
