Alright, I'm trying to work out what the gas tube cover is based upon on this AK as it's amalgamation of several different weapons.
I think it's the AK102 / Sa 81 Krása

It looks like pure fiction to me. At best it's inspired by the 100-series synthetic handguards, but the gun only superficially resembles an AK so I doubt you're going to find an exact match.
I'd say it is closest to an AK102 or AK12 (or similar modern variants of AKM) in design, only because they obviously took some artistic liberties. I do not think such a design would be realistic because you need to have a two part, separable gas tube cover so you can remove the gas tube for cleaning. As designed by the artist, you would never be able to remove the gas tube for cleaning because there are no seams along the top or sides for it to split apart. So it's not a real part they used, but clearly took inspiration from the AK102/12.
I was going to the AS VAL.
It does look very similar to both the SR-3 and Val.
