Bethesda Has Spoken To Nintendo About Smash Bros., Future Ninten..
Pete Hines is a blowhard, and can get fucked.
He's probably shaking the tree to see what falls out.
Dovahkin entering smash?
Todd Howard for Smash
I hope skyrim is in the game. Hes my favorite fantasy character.
In all honesty, Vault Boy as an assist trophy would work well as a representative.
Either 3D or animated-2D like Mr. Game and Watch, in the style of the FO4 and 76 animations.
Skyrim and Fallout Shelter were made by Bethesda, Wolfenstein by iD.
New adventure/story mode in smash ultimate will be all the characters going to hell to rescue mario
"list of demons in Smash"
"all Pokemon"
Is Doomguy my mom
guys, clearly he wants to put Pipboy in smash, what with all his outrageous powers.
It's always funny when super violent games get ported to the Switch and get those cute Nintendo outfits and shit added in, and amiibo support.
Skyrim has Zelda items and amiibo support, and so will Diablo 3...
The Doom Slayer will be an Echo Fighter of Waluigi.
How would people even react if Doomslayer was added to Smash?
I gotta say, the Zelda outfit in skyrim looks fucking terrible. Ganondorf transmog in Diablo looks fucking slick.
If any Bethesda guest character gets in, it really has to be Doomguy. He has the longest history with Nintendo - hell, he has more of a history than some of the existing guest characters (Cloud, I'm looking at you).
People in Japan would probably be like "why the fuck is this guy in Smash", similar to how they reacted to Little Mac but x100.
Yeah you're probably right

Less than 10 000 sales for PC and Xbox. I don't know how accurate this is, and the original Doom did get a release in Japan in 1994, but everything points to incredibly low sales and an extremely tiny fanbase for the doom franchise in Japan.
There's no way Nintendo will have a character known for extreme violence and gore in the same fucking game as Mario lol
Unless you have Doom Slayer literally gouging out Luigi's eyes or crushing Sonic's skull with his hands, he wouldn't fit in at all and stick out like a sore thumb.
just do what they did with snake and use the concept that he's not necessarily trying to kill his opponents, but fling them out of the arena
Or something like this

I mean

A Mr. Handy would be a great idea for Smash I think.
liberty prime confirmed for smash
I think he could still make it look like he’s trying to kill the characters but it would just not appear as gory. I mean the characters within the rules of the game are pretty much indestructible until they fall off the stage. They can be shot, stabbed, electrocuted, barbecued, crushed/literally pounded into the ground, impaled, eaten, etc...
So I think it would still be appropriate for Doomslayer to use a wide variety of his updated arsenal like the double barrel shotgun with its meat hook for throwing and edge grabbing, but as a side B special attack grab like Corin. Normal throws would be more like the glory kills with the blade arm against zombies.
I think a bunch of his smash, tilt, and air attacks would also use projectiles similar to Megaman, and Mii gunners.
if Bayo can shoot people and Snake can blow people up with a rocket launcher/mortar, I dont see why doomguy couldn't
As a point: during the E3 trailer we watched a bunch of characters, even if in silhouette, we watched a bunch of characters including Mario get fucking impaled by Ridley. And Luigi got his ass cut down by death itself. Nintendo is actively showing their most iconic character get brutally fucking murder. Doom Marine fits.
The only problem I forsee is that Doom is very much about the gore, Doomguy exploding someone in Smash wouldn't feel the same without RIP AND TEAR.
