Don't feed animals. The more you feed them, the more likely they are to get aggressive around humans, which always ends badly for the animal. You're hurting them, not helping them.

Pffft, What if I WANT them to become aggressive. With my army of flying rats Ill be unstoppable!
There are much better ways to interact with animals. Volunteer at an animal shelter, visit a dog park and ask people if you can pet their dog, or get a pet yourself. Don't harm animals (bread isn't even healthy for them to eat) when there are better options.
