I need to do this. My left nose/ear always becomes so inflamed when I get a bad cold that I can't pop my ears, I have shitty headaches, and twice now my eardrum has ruptured due to ear infections. I had no idea there was even a procedure to correct it.
I don't get many infections/inflammation(still do sometimes), but I've always had permanent congestion in the back of my throat, as if there is a solid mass there at all times, and I suspect it's genetic post nasal drip or something. It's incredibly annoying, and used to be so bad that my speech would sometimes drop out mid sentence due to it blocking my throat.
I've always meant to at least get a catscan of my head but have yet to do so...
