So, let's put it simple: I can't talk in game. Whenever I press X(the button to activate voip) nothing happens. My name doesn't pop up in the bottom right. I can still hear people. What's going on?

Maybe do some basic checks and check if X is even set to your voice button?
Does your name appear if you press X in singleplayer?
I assume voice works in other games?
