According to opensecrets.org, they donated $92 million to republican super PACs in the 2012 elections, making them the single biggest outside contributor. Now no matter what your political affiliation or stance on israel and it's policies- no foreign government should have that much direct influence on our politics. It reflects badly of all our politicians on both sides that they pass this much money to support a foreign government instead of it's own citizens.
