The 2-minute introductory spiel was awful but it was a nice video collage/timelapse of all the trolling the aryan SU edits tumblr(s?) did.

Honestly the edits themselves humour is kind of meh, but the post of the account coming out as a black trans woman and then everyone who talked shit back peddling hard ways is fucking hilarious.

The turn-around of some commenters when the author came out as trans was somewhat funny (assuming those were genuine tumblr posters and not "samefags"), but in general this seems like a lot of effort to rile up 20 people or so. Pretty lame, and the way it's built up to be this glorious thing honestly just makes it a bit pathetic in my opinion.

I didn't check the video to see if it was included, but the funniest part of the whole saga was someone tweeting at Ian Jones-Quartey (at the time co-executive producer of the show) about it and him telling people to not take things so seriously and even considering using a whitewashed version of his own Twitter avatar as a joke. That was genuinely a funny moment given how deadly serious the person tweeting at Ian JQ was.
Other than that it was pretty eh. I suspect at least some of the more overblown reactions were people trolling back to try and cause more of a rise out of Tumblr, too. No doubt a lot of it was genuine anger but probably not all.
