Just look for some important Hooks and return them false.

Like
function GM:HUDDrawTargetID()
for the aim on name.

for the others look into darkrp which hooks they use and just return them false.

Just look in the darkrp/cl_chatlisteners.lua for the right functions and overwrite them in a module cuz u never touch the corefiles
