Not sure if you meant you literally wanted a link to the image, as FP obfuscates that and you have to use developer tools to grab it. I reverse image searched it but found nothing useful. Apparently it's a character from MGS.

I already did that, although that's a very inefficient way of doing it. I used the developer tools and inspected the element, hence me being able to post the image for his consumption. You're a bit late, mate.

In fact, being made almost entirely of a gel-like substance, the fish would die without the crushing pressure holding them together.
So anatomically are they just a hard skeleton and some organs rendered in biological jello only maintaining its shape from the crazy pressure?

Well, theoretically you could bring them up just by keeping them in a pressure chamber. They've evolved to survive exclusively in the crushing depths.
