oh bloody hell not again
What do we do / what are the likely outcomes if it... Is
As an American, I'm highly confused by this secrecy of 'it'. What is it?
Russian secret sauce.
Oh.
Salisbury Steak
On both of the previous occasions this year when Salisbury city centre was closed for a 'medical incident', it turned out to be the result of a Russian chemical attack. Hopefully this time it's just a precaution
The chef accidentally put highly toxic/radioactive isotopes in the food again. What a silly fellow he is.
Shit, with that bit locked down that means both ways into salisbury by car are blocked. That's gotta be a pain to get to work in.
Those crazy innocent Russian tourists are at it again!
This has been going around shit sources for a while but I didn't wanna post it until there was a decent one reporting it https://twitter.com/SkyNewsBreak/status/1041448358303465472
I mean hey this time it could be bad fish.
Must be one of these many Russian tourists who fly in for the weekend just to visit Salisbury cathedral that I've heard so much about.
Probably just a few Russian men who decided to visit the UK for 3 days and take a random pit stop in Salisbury, nothing sus
Russian secret sauce is vodka, goes great with some chicken nuggets
If it actually is another one, what exactly is the game plan for something like this? Its not like the UK can just close its borders or perform any kind of military response to a country such as RU
Should press the EU to try more to be independent of Russian energy resources, hit them where they care
If only brexit didn't go through that might be a possibility.
well, i am guessing that the Royal Navy is still hundreds of miles beyond the Russian navy, they could probably do a good job at holding a blockade. they'd have to march through the rest of europe to get to them. additionally, GB has nukes and I really don't think Russia is stupid enough to use them anyways. i imagine if military action were to be taken against them, it would be at a proxy conflict, say, against Russian positions in Syria.
It was unrelated! https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-45543606
