• Please Help decrypting FS17 i3d.shapes

Hello Folks:) Posting here, because i need help for my huuuuge Problem in following case. I am modding with Farming Simulator 17 and i have bought all DLC´s. so in this dlc´s are perfect mods and i will it customizing for my personal use only. unpacking the GAR Archive is pretty easy and after this step all files are in the correct format. the id3 can i open with notepad ++ and editing, all looks good. the bad news is, when i will it open with the giants editor - (its the editor for all stuff from giants) the editor is loading and crashing:((( The log says the id3.shapes are to big but i think it is not a general problem, the problem is that .shapes are binary and for the editor unreadable. Ingame before unpacking all works perfect, by the way. so it is possible to create a lua or another script to decrypting this stuff? I have a tool for this but it works only for the FS15 Modells and i have no clue what i must compare or whatever. So please feel free to answer me, any tips are really welcome Best Regards:)))
You do know that this Lua Developer Discussion is for Garrys Mod? People come here with lua problems for Gmod. Not Farming Simulator...go ask on some farming simulator forum
Why don't you ask the developers behind the game for help if their tool crashes when opening their files?
Well, it most likely crashes because their headers are different It's a bad practice but dev should do a quick checksum and then verify if that file is a valid format to decrypt, this mean that decryptor is obsolete for those files
