How do I bind a button to buy something from PointShop?

My friend has this bind that lets him buy a Kleiner NPC from a certain server's pointshop and I cant, after more than 3 hours of searching, figure out how he did it. Any tips on how PointShop commands in general work would also be very much appreciated.
