It's still around, it's called CAAAAAAAL AAARTS,
I miss the good western animation as well.
I only recently watched Anastasia, and I agree that despite recent knowledge of her confirmed death, the films still holds up. I think some of the songs are catchy wand well sung, the animation is stellar, and the casting is pitch perfect. I mean you got Kelsey Grammer and Angela Lansbury in the film and they're Broadway stars. It sucks now that recently Disney aquired by Fox, but at the same time perhaps a followup or a successor to the tale of the Russian Princess may be told.
Man, Titan AE was so good. I had the toys and everything as a kid.
Titan AE was one of my favorites, too, it was one of the first movies I ever got on DVD. Shame it ruined the studio, though.
I even remember that dumb song the movie came with.

Also I watch animation still, but it isn't typical paper-mill animation

I’d always assumed Anastasia was a Disney film, though I should have known better. Bartok just screams being a Don Bluth creation
Dang, I grew up really enjoying Titan A.E.
I never realized it was critically panned.
I've got the soundtrack somewhere around the house. Good times, good times.
