Kavanaugh friend Mark Judge: 'I will cooperate' with FBI

A lawyer for Mark Judge, the high school buddy of embattled Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, told CNBC that Judge "will answer any and all questions posed to him" by the FBI about serious sexual assault allegations against Kavanaugh.
The cooperation offer came on the heels of several Senators asking for Kavanaugh's final confirmation vote to be delayed until after the FBI has a chance to investigate claims that he tried to rape a 15-year-old high school girl in the early 1980s.
" If the FBI or any law enforcement agency requests Mr. Judge's cooperation, he will answer any and all questions posed to him," Judge's lawyer Barbara Van Gelder told CNBC in an email.

Maybe he just needed time to shred some documents or to see if Kav is inevitably confirmed or not.

By saying he will cooperate if they investigate confidentially he is actually saying he will not cooperate as the FBI does not confidentially investigate anyone.

Judge published God and Man at Georgetown Prep in 2005.[5][36] Judge wrote that the faculty at Georgetown Prep contained a multitude of homosexual priests.[36] The memoir detailed how he published the
school's underground newspaper which had information on wild parties.
Regarding LGBT people, Judge wrote in The Daily Caller, "We simply are not allowed to talk about certain things at the risk of our jobs and reputations. One is human anatomy, another is the problem of promiscuity
in the gay community."
Judge wrote a piece titled "Hard Case Crime: the Beauty of Male Passion" on Splice Today lamenting that "today’s social justice warriors don’t like a sexy damsel in distress".[48][47] Judge elaborated that "Of

The problem is that Judge is no longer a clean witness. After the hearing he has been able to hear both stories and can now adjust his own to fit what he wants people to think.
Well maybe Republicans should've subpoenaed him when it was an appropriate time to.
Why would they care though? This is even better for them because now they can have a second person who can have a very informed idea of what the right thing to say is and then defend the shithead justice.
