Post + Subscribe should be more prominent because it's positive for the site

For my job I've been looking more into UX and Design even though I'm a developer. It's been very interesting and I'm trying to look out for stuff online. I'd be interested in hearing your opinions on stuff like the following.

Case: People subscribing to a thread they've replied to is positive for the website, therefor the subscribe button should be more obvious and most definitely bigger than the current "Post Reply" button.

A suggestion next, but in no way perfect:

Yeah, I only accidentally learned how it worked. Could be clearer.

Well, it sort of doesn't make much sense to know what it does since the button for subscribing to a thread is yellow and has a heart icon.
And the reply+subscubscribe button is green and not a heart icon

I never click the buttons anyway, because ctrl+enter is the keyboard shortcut
