I made the title plural just in case people had more than one video game character they liked. Posting a single video game character is obviously allowed, in case it wasn't obvious enough.
My all-time favorite would be Celestia Ludenberg from Danganronpa Trigger Happy Havoc because, like some of my friends have been telling me, her and I have a lot of the same views and our outlooks on things are relatively similar. Excluding the whole, you know, murdering people and lying about being abused bit.

Keira Metz from The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, due to her being arguably the most sympathetic sorcerer from the whole series and being involved in a quest which can end in many outcomes depending on your choices, wich go from extremely sweet to downright tragic. She's also an optional sex encounter.

i like Harry Mason because he's the strongest dad in the world, and despite barely being a character in his own game, SH3 retroactively makes him one of the most tragic characters in the series with just one cameo and a couple notes. it actually makes him more likeable and really pretty sad when you go back to SH1 and he's just a father determined to save his daughter.

Not the character I've liked the most, but the one I most loved to hate... For me he inspired the most elaborate and creative attempts to destroy an NPC of any game outside of Garry's Mod.
