So i was playing Rust on my Mac and i logged out to update the game, after the update completed i went back in to find only 22 servers available and a message saying "Wrong Conection Protocol: Server Update Required'" when i tried to load one of them up, does anyone know how i can fix this and get back to playing? any help would be great, Thnx
I know you've probably heard this, but playing on an Apple product is always the first sign of a problem. What year is your workstation, and is it a desktop or a laptop?
This message means that the server you're trying to join is using previous version of Rust and has not updated it to get the newest. Only thing you can do is wait or find another server.
