Oh dear, how did this happen? Could it be that they had no post-brexit plan before the referendum? Could it be that the people leading the Brexit talks on the british side have no idea, what they want? Could it be that Brexit was a bloody dumb idea from the very start?
No no, you see, this is actually the EU's fault, because they're so damn selfish and refuse to lead themselves down a path of financial ruin like the UK! See, the UK knows what's up, they've escaped the tendrils of the evil EU, that would see their rights taken away and their economy ruined.
its mainly that the hardliners want a no deal and they're the ones holding May in power.
"We have no choice." - People who had 2 years to decide on negotiating a deal or staying in the EU.
could it be that a referendum to decide such a thing was insanely idiotic?
'You'd better give us everything we ask for or we'll shoot ourselves in the leg, we're not bluffing!' Incredible negotiation, thanks so much Tories, rip away my generation's future and then make sure to destroy any chance of salvaging it just to make sure everyone's racist uncle doesn't defect to UKIP.
Leaked footage of the Tories rehearsing their next negotiation steps. https://youtu.be/Z_JOGmXpe5I
blue passport thought!! oi oi oi!!
>It's time for EU to get serious on Brexit, says Dominic Raab This is like the guy in the group project that doesn't do dick all the way through and then gets mad when somebody else hasn't finished his part yet.
"It's the EU's fault they don't want to bend over and take it in the ass from the UK."
When someone pointed out that Dominic Raab is an anagram for Midar Bacon I thought it was delightfully prophetic.
I believe I have come up with the best plan for Brexit, it's called "no Brexit."
Time for the EU to come to the table.
No point in going over this again I'm just going to do all that's left to do with you laugh
It is pretty obvious the ball lies with the EU and have made no counter-proposals, just a reiteration of plane threats and cats and dogs facing long quarantine.
ya it really does seem like they still have a choice.
The EU has no obligation to step in and fix the mess Britain's caused for itself. I like your passive admittance that Britain's leadership is too impotent to make their own functional deal and it's up to the grown-ups to pull their asses out of the fire though.
The EU’s position has been known from day one: You’re either in, or you’re out. No cherry picking. I think that it’s tough but fair, and people like you are crying foul because you suffer from British Importance Syndrome.
Because every deal that the UK has proposed has included picking out the parts of the single market that they like. The EU has made it clear from the start that that simply isn't an option, and nonetheless each time the UK has pronounced their deal to be basically final, and no way the EU could ever say no and yaddayadda. The UK has to stop thinking they're gonna get special treatment while pumping themselves up three times bigger than they are.
