Account got hijacked for a day and got banned on rust, tried ban appeal on easy anti-cheat but was denied. is there anything else can do?

Facepunch itself doesn't handle EAC appeals, there's nothing that can be done for you if EAC already rejected your appeal. Take better care of your account in the future.
Don't use passwords that can be easily guessed, don't enter your Steam password anywhere but steampowered.com, and use the mobile authenticator if possible.

My guess he let someone use his PC and Steam account.

Buy a new computer or find another game. If you account was truly hijacked EAC would have seen that, as their bans are hardware tied and they would have seen the difference between your PC's and the supposed hijackers PC (assuming it wasn't someone using your computer in the first place, which on that point that's all on you).
