It'd put the nail in the GOP's coffin, that's for sure. But it might also be a coup whereby Trump places himself above the law, do actually hoping for it is retarded.
Just watch the GOP voterbase deciding it's a show of strong leadership and their approval rising further 'cause fucking nothing makes sense any more.
If I remember right, around half of Republican voters believe the investigation shouldn't be interfered with.
