I was recently reminded of this song. In September 2008 this little animated ad/short aired in-between programs on MTV. It was pretty cheerful, like the song says it doesn't want to freak anybody out but the message was important - and truthful. Back then this felt pretty hopeful, almost innocent. Now, just shy of over 10 years later, it feels almost depressing.
Figured I'd post it. It's a strange contrast. Still catchy, though.
