Affairs, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, and the FCC, I guess the IRS is one of the departments and agencies you just cannot trust Republicans to administer in a just manner.

The IRS has been systematically underfunded, especially with Republican control of Congress. Convenient, because it allows business owners and richer taxpayers who can afford to hire accountants to do "creative" bookkeeping to not pay taxes.
And then the deficit caused by lost tax revenue justifies slashing welfare and social service funding.
