And I thought the eclipse was massive. When I played Forces of Corruption it was the only tangible appearance outside of the EU comics and seeing it next to the Star Destroyers and Rebel Mon Calimari ships gave me a heart attack.
Imagine my surprise that there was something bigger than the Eclipse, and I wonder how the hell does the Rebellion survive all that firepower.
Ah, the days when I thought the Eclipse was stupidly, irrationally large.
Can someone pull up the picture that explains how hard it would be to maintain the crews on some of these crazy big ships?
It was in the original films too, but it was wimpy as fuck and went out in a shit way without really doing anything.

They said the Eclipse, not the Executor.
Ah I got them mixed up, didn't realize there was the Executor lurking in the corner, under construction on that video.
God damn, that's big.
Eclipse
At that point the TLJ dreadnought is just a mobile city, how many civilians did they kill when they blew it up?
Besides, no one cared that the Executor blew up, because A-wing Kamakaze was one of the best moments in the movie.
It is the FO's HQ, they don't have a home world, they have that.
The Eclipse is the one with the huge "Fuck off" laser on its bow. Surprised that ship wasn't made canon; imagine the stories of a mobile weapon platform destroying Rebel command vessels and they come across the Eclipse only to move like the average SSD despite its size. It's a step up from "Giant moon laser that destroys planets", but something that can devastate fleets in minutes then hyperdrive out when the fighters arrive.
I'm glad it wasn't.
