Blueprints in Team temporary available / shared for every Teammember. If the Teammember ( Has a specific Blueprint ) leaves the group nobody of this group can craft / use this Blueprint. Its much more friendly for a Team. First you have to build / craft a Library :-P
In my opinion, this his would just create more of an imbalance between solo players/small groups and zergs that are running around
Here's the issue: Solo player has revolver blueprint. A zerg player also has a revolver blueprint.
With your idea implemented: Now more than one belonging to the zerg has the blueprint, five guys craft a revolver each while the solo player crafts one.
So in the time it takes a solo to craft a revolver and ammo, the zerg can craft 5 revolvers and ammo for everyone... Now instead of a 1v5, with two revolvers present, there are six. Unless the entire zerg is a shit shot clown fiesta, the solo stands no chance (Not that he had much of a chance in the beginning).
So basically enabling big groups to skip crafting times, or any group at that. When you first look at it it doesn't seem that strong, but combine that with the saved scrap and well... If it were AK's you'd spend 750 scrap and 5 guys could craft it for a short period of time, so instead of 3750 scrap you'd only spend a fifth of the scrap and time to craft these weapons. If by not being able to use the blueprint you mean "If he leaves, doesn't matter if we have it, we can't use it.", well it makes no sense. If you mean "If he leaves we can't share the BP anymore, it still wouldn't be a negative, or a nerf, for you wouldn't have it in the first place so losing it now, "Shits given: Naught."
Plus the game is already much more friendly towards groups, making it more right now is just a poor balance choice at this point.
Besides this thread: The only real big advantage solos have against zergs is in the very beginning of a wipe, securing their base. Key locks are really good for solos because they cost primitive materials to craft, and the owner doesn't need any key. For zergs this would be very hard to accomplish, accommodating more than 5 people inside a decent base with keys for everyone is... Annoying to say the least, enough to make code locks necessary, which for solos they aren't at all...
