Bible thumpers will literally vote for who they are told to choose by their pastors, it's crazy. Trump is literally The Chosen One to them. I'm starting to view Qanon as the real-life's version of the Sons of Jacob from The Handmaid's Tale. Due to how frantic Trump's remaining supporters are becoming, the radicalization of the GOP by Trump's rhetoric, religious leaders pushing their viewers to be more fanatical and pro-Trump, and the growing of this Qanon Conspiracy theory.. The idea of them attempting to take violent act against the US if Trump is removed from office either from being voted out or being impeached via the Mueller investigation, is becoming more tangible by every passing day/moment.
