OFFICERS SHOT FLORENCE SOUTH CAROLINA
Currently ongoing.
The incident appears to be ongoing. WPDE reports that more than 100 officers are on the scene.
Was just about to update, beat me to it. Really surprised they took him alive, usually the shooter would either kill themselves or go suicide by cop.
Especially after shooting 5 cops. Curious to see what the deal is with this.
One of the wounded died. :c
South Carolina has the death penalty for murder of an officer IIRC.
Nothing short of what the shooter deserves.
Except he'll sit on death row for 25 years and quite possibly even longer as the US keeps running out of drugs to so lethal injections with so he may even end up getting paroled.
