Can't make threads on mobile

as title says the button does not show on any sub forums whilst using my mobile device

Have you been able to do it before or can you just not find the button? You gotta scroll allllll the way to the bottom and tap the three lines.

Should probably get that fixed I honestly thought that didn't do anything.
