Every time i open rust it closes straight away. i played once and it crashed when i clicked on the crafting recipe of an ak. i am new to rust so that was the only time i had ever played it.

installed ram 8.00 gb (7.89 gb usable)
system type 64 bit operating system x64 based processor
Yeah same issue. Been away for a while, tried to play it earlier and after over an hour of trying to open just the Rust Launcher I gave up.
Try:
Verfying the integrity of the game files
Reinstall the game
Opting in and out of steam client
