Taking inspiration from the old blizzard forums. It would be nice if staff/moderators could reply with a tag to make it more of an official statement.
On the old forums, users could jump to these posts from the list view, OP, and also navigate to the next official reply if a second/third/Nth reply existed.
This makes it easier for GAMERS to find information about a topic

While this can have benefits outside of the game/project forums, if done so, making it a flag when posting (or setting it after posting), would allow staff to make more of an "This post is worth reading" or update post in a thread when needed, but not make every post they ever make important, as this would hinder casual discussion staff would take part in
It need to be a manual flag, because them shitposting isn't exactly a rare sight

It's a great idea, unfortunately the Rust staff don't seem to use the forums at all, or do so very sparingly.
