Now they can also experience a taste of what it's like to be a minority.
79.6% of Romanians mind their own damn business.
Not surprising to see LGBT support, I understand Romania has historically had a large Trans community.
If I'm right, the current Romanian government will ban it anyway.

I'd advise caution when it comes to interpreting referendum results like this, there is both complete unconcern and definite disapproval through boycott in that turnout (and the former is likely to be way more significant given the previous polling on LGBT views). For example, support for same-sex marriages in Romania is still around 26%.
