Extreme amounts of Freetime - Where do I start to learn how to make U4 Games?

On the side I'm running through cpp.com and udemy.com C++ courses.
Should I just start by diving straight in or should I focus on specific aspects before I even touch Unreal Engine?
Assuming you are proficient at C++ take a look at the overview structure of UE4 (what is a gamemode, what is a playercontroller, what is a pawn, what is replication, etc) then dive in. Be sure to check out examples like ShooterGame ofc.
Epic "just" released a new learning platform they call Unreal Academy, I would probably start there: Unreal Academy
