It got so hot it forced hot ash into the skull after all water inside was vaporized and turned tge brain into a clump of ash. God what a horrible fate.

Ye it's not that bad of a way to go. Instant death in a fraction of a second and 1600 years later your bones become a tourist attraction.

If I chose a way to die, this is a pretty awesome way to do it without prolonged suffering
