• Convert animations from source games sweps to c_hands

Hi there. I was thinking of porting few weps from l4d, but I was woundering how could I conviniantly make their animations to c_hands. Obliviosly re-naming bones to match c_hands one wont work, because they usually have different proportions and mesh would stretch and overall broken. Same with css hands and so on. I've heard that boneparenting sometimes work to share animation, but I never managed to get it working. Maybe someone could give me a hint how to do it.
