Basically, a dem candidate used an ad against her opponent that was a personal story about how the repub member had partied about removing AHA, and she had a mother with stage 4 cancer with no way to get coverage. So said opponent flips his position and says he was fighting for covering preexisting conditions when the bill he supported instead had glaring loopholes that allowed insurers to get around in.
Trying to allow insurance companies to refuse coverage to people with pre-existing conditions in the name of maximizing profits is evil. No two ways about it. It's just fuckin' evil. It is literally prioritizing profit over the lives of human beings.
There is a greater moral obligation to generate a profit than care for the customers people.
The Bishop v Slotkin stuff is absolutely disgusting. In addition to the sham they mentioned in the article he's also been running ads falsely claiming Slotkin is the one who's against Medicare.
Perhaps his opponent can capitalise by claiming that healthcare is evil socialism to complete the switcheroo.
Mike dewine here has been trying to link cordrey to the thousands of rape kits backlogged. irl cordrey approved the expansion of the lab that ultimately tested those rape kits. But he's soft on rapists and criminal drug traffickers!
They'll just move on to the next made up argument. Now they're trying to say Slotkin isn't a Michigander because she was born in New York, and ignoring the fact that she was moved to a farm in Holly when she was 4, and her family has owned that farm for more than 70 years. Trying to push watered down birther crap about the family that invented the ballpark hot dog, ridiculous.
ya sure fuckit just lie, outright lie, fox news won't call you out or any of the conservative media so you're credible enough. fuck
