idk what would make me more terrified. Some alien invasion or watching a cartoonish purple dragon running around and setting everything on fire.
All of the Xen invaders would be like "WTF LOL" and teleport back through the resonance cascade portals.
I'm surprised you decided to actually edit the map to allow spyro to walk though in third person rather than just activate a first person camera when you crouch.
I can't wait for all the maps that are going to be made specifically for this mod.

Spyro's movement seems to have been recreated faithfully while not being clunky, it's pretty amazing seeing how similar it is to the original.

Damn. That's actually pretty amazing. It looked like Spyro, and it probably feels like Spyro too. Would be just a little better (and more hilarious) if it had an option for enemies to disappear in a comical "poof" like the games, though. It could be triggered at the end of death animations.
So when are people going to shove a playable Gordon Freeman with all of his weapons into a Spyro ISO hack?

It starts right at the teleportation scene and he ends up being teleported into the world of Spyro.
Or worse yet, imagine casually strolling through "On a Rail" when suddenly... "Trouble with the trolley, eh?"

The only nitpick I have in regards to Spyro's movement is that he doesn't seem to have the transition animations when turning around quickly and just swivels around, but honestly that's like the smallest thing. Everything else is nigh perfect.
The biggest issue I can think of here is that pretty much every chapter with HGrunts or Alien Controllers is going to be really fucking annoying, since Spyro doesn't really have a defense against hitscan enemies or things that are higher than he can glide to.

Could always turn what the Marines fire into projectiles instead of hitscan, though Alien Controllers are a different story.

Yes. I didn't put in u-turning into the mod. Mainly because of how how his movement works. It's a bit hard to explain, but I found it more enjoyable to leave the movement completely unlocked instead. I actually attempted to replicate that effect twice, and I found the trails are just not a thing I can replicate currently. Beams seemed to he a good choose but they functionally cannot move or fade out like those in the spyro games.
