Site's Format: Minimized windows cause broken visuals

Why is this site always so buggy?

Anyways new issue I just noticed (not including the text wrap being broken again) but weird formatting when Facepunch is in a minimized window:

Reducing my window size makes it jump up back to the top of the page for some reason.
