Mystery skulls is fucking awesome, I love the little story they're telling through all their songs
I assume you're referring to the lyrics of the songs? Because these music videos, AFAIK, have nothing to do with the actual Mystery Skulls band and is all fan-made. Which makes me really curious as to what their opinion is on them.
OH, I didn't know this I thought they there official.
As far as I've seen, they're really fond of the animations and their teams.

Nah, the animations are actually official videos from the band. All the way back when Mystery Ben made his video for Mystery Skulls - Money, the band contacted him and asked him to do another animation for one of their videos. It's pretty obvious Ben chose Ghosts and since then the two have been helping each other out it seems. Mystery Ben released a teaser for One of Us for example, and Mystery Skulls the band has official animation merchandise on their site.
Just found out there was 2 more videos to this story. I remember when Ghost came out and everyone was pointing out every detail. They got a lot of story in a 4 minute video. Now I'm interested in seeing where this goes.
Hmm, maybe it's just because of the abrupt ending, or the long introduction, but this one feels like it's shorter than the others, despite it actually being longer.
I think it's because of the slow intro and abrupt ending, the song itself doesn't come on until 1:50 in, which is in contrast to the other two opening with music right away. Hellbent is only 2:55, making it the shortest song so far and probably the reason they had so much buildup.
I did notice the theory of Arthur knowing the ghost is Lewis seems to be wrong/retconned since Arthur's laptop shows them as two different things, and he's genuinely shocked when Lewis shows his face at the end of Hellbent.
Here's the original Ghost music video if you're interested
