• Protest over ban - please listen

I have been accused of “cheating” and therefore suspended and whilst I understand why you sometimes don’t explain to people why, this is manifestly unfair for a 15 year old who doesn’t know what he’s done wrong and now I even can’t use the game that I and my friendship group love and spend so much of my hard earned pocket money on. I just want to be able to play the game and abide by the rules – again, I’m not sure what I’ve done wrong. The last time I got emailed back they effectively said “bad luck”.  This is pretty disheartening and unfair – to be served a sentence without knowing what you’ve been convicted of especially a 15 year old just wanting to play a fun game. Under section 9.2 it says that “we will usereasonable efforts to explain why we have done this and what you can do as a result” over the past ten days that I have been banned I have not recieved any response from Facepunch support or EAC support that has been more than two scenetneces long, and recently support@facepunch.com has completely blocked any emails sent to them and are not providing any support at all. 9.2. When can we suspend or terminate your access to the Facepunch Services? We may cancel or suspend (temporarily or permanently) your access to any and/or all of the Facepunch Services (including access to Virtual Goods) if you materially breach this Agreement (e.g. the rules specific in section 4 above or a breach which is serious and/or which could cause real harm to Facepunch, the Facepunch Services or other Facepunch Services users). If we cancel or suspend your account in this way we will not have any obligations or liabilities to you at all but we will use reasonable efforts to explain why we have done this and what (if anything) you can do as a result. If Facepunch decides itself to stop providing any Facepunch Services permanently, we will try to give you at least sixty (60) days’ notice by posting an update on the applicable website.  11.1. Informal dispute resolution: We and you both agree to make reasonable and good faith efforts to resolve any dispute between us informally - you can contact us at support@facepunch.com. Normally we would suggest that this dispute resolution period lasts 30 days unless exceptional circumstances exist. If it is not resolved during this time, the next steps depend on where you live. If you are resident in the European Union, you may be entitled to submit a complaint through the Online Dispute Resolution Platform operated by the European Commission, details of which can be found at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Please help
No one's responded to emails because the whole damn server for Facepunch was down. We don't handle bans here, and nobody here can help you. Read the sticky next time.
