When i am Joining a DarkRP server at Sending Client Info this error occur https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/333582/f2f7c35e-4f29-4159-9ad6-3a464dec7aab/Unbenannt.PNG and when i click the OK Button my Vram goes on 100 Percent https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/333582/c9b70dfc-4981-4c87-8d11-fb76f6ec0ee2/Unbenannt2.PNG So my PC Specs are Intel Core I7-7700K 16GB Ram Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 TI [4 GB Vram] So i had this problem 2 Days ago and fixed it how ever and today i need to Reinstall my Gmod because i checked a Server Bug. And today this error occured again and i think its a problem between direct x and my Graphic card because i get when i press on the OK button [On the top of the Thread] my Vram reaches 100 Percent full capacity so i think there is a bug in direct x that is stealing me that much resource to kill gmod but i dont know how to fix. What i did Already. Reinstall Gmod full Cleared gma. files Put into the Start Options of Gmod -Heapsize .... Reinstalled Windows Reinstalled Direct X Tried to join other DarkRP servers Everything didnt help. I can only join right now TTT Games. Sorry for bad english and hope you got Fixes for that bug.
not enough memory means you should download more ram try launching the game with -noworkshop and joining
I already tried that too didnt wrote down sorry
I believe this is down to the fact that Garrys Mod is a 32-bit program and can only use 4GB of memory. This means the server you are playing on has an addon that may cause a memory leak though this can be extremely random at times and not much can be done about it (unless you are subscribed to a ton of addons that is). My and my mates sometimes get this issue random but some reason for us it usually sorts out after a fresh install after backing up our data folder.
it cannot be a addon because i join 3 Darkrp servers that have very diffrent collections so it cannot be a addon and a fresh install didnt work to for me :/
oh yeah you could try using the x64 test version. you can access it via properties in steam, rightclicking garry's mod. look for the "betas" tab and select x86_64 testing build.
Good idea but i look now there and i just saw the betas Chromium - dev- Development Branch prerelease- Pre Release Branch
64-bit Garry's Mod - Developers - Facepunch Forum To try it out you need to enter the exclusive code 'z8MvH7F6OW3HExir' and select the 'x86-64' branch in Steam's beta branch selection. If you are on Windows, you've got to select either 32-bit or 64-bit when launching the game.
i got a 64 Bit System
I fixed the problem thanks for help^^
