I want to convert this image to a text that you can choose icon1 to icon16 Im pretty sure I want to convert this image so I can access it and other people can see this through the chat I usually play on death run servers., so this image imported to into this <icon 64,64>icon 16/user.png</icon>.

Perfectly 64x64 ready to import so i was wondering if someone could teach me how to import my image into this so other people can see this image ^.
