When I started playing Gmod today I tried to load in a game which worked then loaded another map later and It crashes with the following error code

I tried to restart my game and verify cache, I have a GTX 1050 and I5 Cpu, this issue only happened to me now, Help will be much appreciated.

Take a guess what the problem is.
You have too many mods.
For some odd reason I had more mods on my old pc and the probelm itself never happened should I delete heavy decal depending mods? ragblood etc.
