Crash gmod server : "srcds_run: line 333..."

Hi,

After looking for a solutions to this problem we didn't find anything...

We've a large community on Garry's mod and this unusual mistake poses big problems.
We can't have a day without a crash and this causes a big fall of player.

Crash Error in server logs : 

./srcds_run: line 333: 3294 (this number changes with each crash) Segmentation fault (core dumped) $HL_CMD
Add "-debug" to the ./srcds_run command line to generate a debug.log to help with solving this problem.

So we put "-debug" in the srcds_run. The server logs specify this :
