SpellBreak is a battle royale game from the company Proletariat Inc. with a focus on magic combat. In its current state, especially since the game is under an NDA presently, quite a bit of the information is restricted and likely subject to change.
However, we have plenty of demonstrations of the art of the game with some game-play attached to it.
Here is a short video from one of the developers with commentary on a few of the spell mixing and interacting. I wont embed it since Reddit clips tend to auto play on Facepunch. I highly recommend watching it though.

PCGamer Article about the game.
You can currently sign up for the pre-alpha by going to the Official Website
Currently, the only ways to get access to the game is to either get lucky in getting a key, purchase a Founder's Pack for 100 USD from the official website, or get a key from someone else who has purchased the Founder's Pack. Any keys obtained this way (your key for purchasing the game is obviously permanent, your friend keys are not) are purely for the pre-alpha and likely will not carry through to full access to the game upon release.
The Founder's pack includes three additional pre-alpha keys that can be granted to anyone. Those keys will be emailed within 3 days of purchase. In the future, there will be much cheaper options for those who wish to just get the game.
Dedicated Links
Official Website <-- Sign up for pre-alpha or purchase the founder's pack here.
Official Subreddit <-- Contains a few official posts by the developers. I recommend sorting by Top posts of all time.
Official Discord Server
Official Imgur used by the devs <-- Contains a wild variety of content focused around SpellBreak. I recommend looking at this if you are interested in seeing more 'footage'
The full game will be released on Steam. The pre-alpha for the game does not have a store page currently however it is installed through the Steam client.
Reminder again - the game is currently under an NDA
Look sick, though I'm a bit skeptical considering the studio's past games. Hope it pans out well though, has too much potential
Has the same kind of artistic appeal as Gigantic. I also hope that the game doesn't just die out
I'm glad they're doing things like creating combinations with spells(So far only seems like poison and fire) and the ice path reminds me of the fun times I had with making enemies slip to their death in Dark Messiah.
Color me interested! Not many games make magic wielding classes feel fun so here's hoping they don't screw that up
There's quite a few options I've seen from the footage. This clip I linked in the op (you had to click it) shows quite a few of them.
I actually hadn't heard about this game at all, but god damn count me in. Just signed up for the pre-alpha.
You link comes up as Not Found but went back to look it over some more and did see more options. The tornado buff interests me since a character from Warframe acted in the same way with their tornado's.
Hoping this game won't flop due to being a Battle Royale. With every company jumping on the wagon, I'm sure there are people already tired of this type of genre.
I found a youtube liink for the video in question, this should work gauranteed.

I can't really talk about the specifics of a lot of interactions, but all the available spell types have some form of interaction with another element.
A few key waves have gone out, including one today. So check all the folders in your email. If you got a key, you input it into steam and you will get access. It's also recommended to join the Prolitariat Inc. Discord if you haven't already. If you have access to the game already, send a pm to one of the [Elder] users on the right side telling them you would like the Tester role. They'll tell you the process to get it added.
On a more content oriented note, here's a series from one of the developers where they just answer questions people ask.
