i'd like to know if there is a way to rip models/skins from cs:go workshop
http://steamworkshopdownloader.com doesn't download any cs:go models
for example when i try download this one https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1228849906 it says: "The game that this item belongs too does not allow downloading of its items...BUMMER!"

No. You can't download skins from the workshop, try gamebanana if people still submit there. A Google search could have told you that.
