You are getting PHP errors, check out the #lines of code being mentioned in them.
After you've fixed them (or not), you should use error_reporting(0);
No i didn't mean that. I mean, the image should be fully show on the screen and it should even have grey backround. It dosn't load on the screen properly, i tried that with other "Loading Screens" too and other webserver but no luck.
This is happening because of the errors, read them.
Nope, this happens with any other loading screen too. Also with this one: TermLoad · gmodstore
Show me
There is nothing to show, it's only the logo.png it loads to the loading screen, with no errors or anything
Dude, you are clearly trying to utilize files that aren't available on your server, this is causing a heap of issues.

Make sure these files are either available, or not being called from your loadingscreen.
Especially /loading/assets/wallpapers/module.wallpapers.php
Yeah but this happens with in Browser too. With every loading screen template i try to use, it sounds like the problem is somewhere else.
so why do you think the errors have nothing to do with it
Because i had those same exact errors before when it was working fluently. That's why.
well then you're shit outta luck if you're not gonna try and fix the errors causing the issue, not sure what else can be said
It's not the errors...
Yes it is
